The "Trabocchi Coast" on the Adriatic Sea is just 30 min by car from the residence and extends for about 70 km. It includes several swimming beaches: Ortona and San Vito Chietino with sandy beaches and facilities or Rocca San Giovanni and Fossacesia Marina with pebbly beaches and characteristic cliffs and promontories or Punta Penne with its uncontaminated nature and the Punta Aderci Natural Reserve near Vasto where you can combine swimming activities with nature walks.

Not far from the coast it is possible to visit the Basilica of San Giovanni in Venere, jewel of the Cistercian style that dominates the coast from a hill nearby.

In the evening we suggest that you go to a restaurant in a restored Trabocco, which is an ancient fishing structure built on piles off the coast, where you can taste the exquisite local delicacies, while suspended between the sea and the sky.
